Care Instructions

• Gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth after each use to remove any water spots and prevent mineral buildup.
• For a more thorough cleaning, use a mild soap or a non-abrasive cleaner mixed with warm water. Apply the solution with a soft cloth and gently wipe the surface in circular motions.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any soap residue and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth to prevent water spots.
• Do not use acid cleaners, abrasive cleansers or abrasive cloths.

How do pre-orders items work?

Pre order lets you secure an item before it's back in stock. When a product is marked as pre order, you can order and pay for it now, and we'll dispatch it as soon as the new stock arrives.

  • Estimated dispatch is shown on the product page (e.g. restocking September). These dates are our best estimate and can shift slightly with supplier timelines; we'll keep you updated if anything changes.
  • Payment is taken at checkout, just like a normal order, so your item is reserved for you.
  • Mixed orders: any in stock items are sent first, and your pre order items follow separately once they arrive, so you're never waiting on your available items.

What is the warranty for the tapware and hardware?

All RainCo taps and accessories are backed by a lifetime warranty on construction.

Our ceramic cartridges are covered by a 7-year warranty, and our finishes are protected by a 5-year surface warranty against manufacturing defects such as bubbling or peeling — this does not include general wear and tear. We also provide 5-year replacement coverage for components where required (parts only, excluding labour).
