Warranty Coverage
This warranty is provided in addition to and does not replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable consumer protection laws.
These terms and conditions apply to all products purchased from RainCo Group and set out your rights and obligations regarding warranty claims. Warranty periods commence from the date of purchase (or, where applicable, date of handover for new builds).
Residential Warranty
A building that is for residential use or a permanent residence, such as a house, apartment, townhouse, etc.

Outdoor Warranty
Products installed in outdoor environments (including open-air, unprotected exterior installations, pool areas, uncovered patios, etc.) are not covered by any warranty due to exposure to external elements and conditions.

To lodge a warranty claim:
Contact our Customer Service team at hello@rainco.com.au or (03) 9917 4844. Provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect, including photos if possible. We may request you return the product or part for inspection.
Once validated, we will, at our discretion: Repair the product, or replace it with the same or equivalent product, or provide replacement parts.
To be eligible for warranty service:
You must provide proof of purchase (invoice, receipt or order number). The product must have been installed and maintained in accordance with our installation and care instructions. Warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship and does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or exposure to harsh environments. Surface finishes are not covered for scratches or fading due to abrasive or chemical cleaning agents. Where applicable, cartridges must be maintained in accordance with recommended water quality and filter practices. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Damage resulting from improper installation, modifications, abuse, misuse, accident, or acts of nature. Normal wear and tear (e.g., finish scratches, colour change, surface oxidation). Labour costs for removal and installation of parts, unless explicitly stated in the warranty table above. Products subject to extreme water pressures, temperatures, or outdoor exposure where not specified for such use. Consequential or indirect damages.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this warranty limits those statutory rights.
