30-Day Change of Mind Returns

If you've had a change of heart about your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Just submit an inquiry through our website, and our team will personally assist you through the entire process.

Return Conditions

We understand that sometimes things don't quite look or feel as expected — especially when designing your space from a screen. That's why we accept change-of-mind returns, provided the item meets the following conditions:

• It is unused and uninstalled
• It is in its original packaging, including any protective wrapping or labels
• It shows no signs of installation, handling damage, or wear
• It is in sellable condition

How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.
