Ordered one to check for quality and usability, seeing as there is no Perth showroom. Happy to say, we will be ordering from Rainco for our future house build soon. I installed/replaced our current gooseneck "builders standard" tap myself DIY, so I can say this is of higher quality. It took a bit of getting used to using the hose "support stem" to swivel the tap (otherwise the hose slips out if you grab the end of the spout to try and swivel it), but that's just a matter of changing habits. All moving parts are smooth, and the spray switch works well (and the spray is powerful). Communication via email to RainCo was also swift, and staff very helpful when enquiring for finish samples

Beautiful tap, good quality. Only downside is if you don't put the tap back into place perfectly, it scratches the back of the black. Have only had this tap for a week and already loads of scratches on the black section where you put the tap back in. Having kids and also dirty hands, it's not always possible to put the tap back slowly and perfectly. The one downside at the moment, otherwise love the tap!

How do pre-orders items work?
Pre order lets you secure an item before it's back in stock. When a product is marked as pre order, you can order and pay for it now, and we'll dispatch it as soon as the new stock arrives.

What is the warranty for the tapware and hardware?
All RainCo taps and accessories are backed by a lifetime warranty on construction.
Our ceramic cartridges are covered by a 7-year warranty, and our finishes are protected by a 5-year surface warranty against manufacturing defects such as bubbling or peeling — this does not include general wear and tear. We also provide 5-year replacement coverage for components where required (parts only, excluding labour).
