Care Instructions

Couldn't be happier - Value for Money

I have been exceedingly impressed with all the RainCo products in the Antique Brass finish. When I first picked up the Hand Shower Wand, I was a little taken aback (the other products have a satisfying heft to them) by the lightness of the product however now I've used it, it is very comfortable, and I have been very happy with the 3 different spray profiles (Rain/Jet/Combined). The water pressure in my suburb leaves a lot to be desired, but I have No intent on removing the water saver filter as the pressure is more than adequate (significant improvement) in comparison to my previous shower head. RainCo has been excellent and I would encourage everyone to use them. Especially if you're in a location that isn't/ is inadequately serviced by the other well-known retailers. You really can't beat the value for money provided by RainCo.

What is the warranty for the tapware and hardware?

All RainCo taps and accessories are backed by a lifetime warranty on construction.

Our ceramic cartridges are covered by a 7-year warranty, and our finishes are protected by a 5-year surface warranty against manufacturing defects such as bubbling or peeling — this does not include general wear and tear. We also provide 5-year replacement coverage for components where required (parts only, excluding labour).
