Care Instructions

• Gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth after each use to remove any water spots and prevent mineral buildup.
• For a more thorough cleaning, use a mild soap or a non-abrasive cleaner mixed with warm water. Apply the solution with a soft cloth and gently wipe the surface in circular motions.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any soap residue and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth to prevent water spots.

Works great and the antique brass colour is divine (almost exact to Yabby antique brass)

Franco was soo lovely to completely save my client and I (I’m an interior designer) when a shower head we had ordered for her reno from Yabby sadly went on a longer back order than anticipated and therefore didn’t make our build timeline.

He express shipped for us and answered all the questions I needed answered (I wanted to ensure the antique brass finish/colour was close enough to exactly the Yabby finish because we had tapware from Yabby already in that it had to sit very close to and match).

It is almost exactly the same!! In fact, I would just go as far to say it is the same as Yabby’s with the acknowledgement that even Yabby’s batches are all slightly different given the antique brass finish is a man made finish opposed to a natural one so there is usually a lot of variation between batches anyway (which is fine with me as long as the colouring is the same kind of tones).

Overall I can’t thank Franco for saving our day more and my clients are both very happy with this shower head ☺️

How do pre-orders items work?

Pre order lets you secure an item before it's back in stock. When a product is marked as pre order, you can order and pay for it now, and we'll dispatch it as soon as the new stock arrives.

What is the warranty for the tapware and hardware?

All RainCo taps and accessories are backed by a lifetime warranty on construction.

Our ceramic cartridges are covered by a 7-year warranty, and our finishes are protected by a 5-year surface warranty against manufacturing defects such as bubbling or peeling — this does not include general wear and tear. We also provide 5-year replacement coverage for components where required (parts only, excluding labour).
