Where other manafacturers offer similiar products at cheaper price point, they compromise on build quality, and good old fashioned service. If you are looking for quality tapware at a nice price point with customer service to match, I highly recommend this product and company. Same goes for the other items we purchased from Rainco. What is the warranty for the tapware and hardware?

All RainCo taps and accessories are backed by a lifetime warranty on construction.

Our ceramic cartridges are covered by a 7-year warranty, and our finishes are protected by a 5-year surface warranty against manufacturing defects such as bubbling or peeling — this does not include general wear and tear. We also provide 5-year replacement coverage for components where required (parts only, excluding labour).
