This is the second one of these that we have bought (2 mixers for 2 kitchens). The quality is excellent and the finish is very good. It is quite light to use (swivel, pull-out, and tap) without feeling flimsy and the spray toggle on the pull-out is a very useful feature, too. We highly recommend.

This is a lovely tap, with a good weight and feel about it. The finish is brushed and a darker brown than the sample. It was packaged beautifully, with all the bits required by the plumber and installation instructions.

Ordered this tap just before Christmas and it arrived in Perth 5 days later which was super prompt. Tap is beautifully made and looks amazing. Materials as described and it feels solid. Hasn’t been installed yet but I feel confident it is going to look great in my new kitchen.

We first sent a message to seek whether the Haven Gooseneck kitchen mixer tap was available on display in antique brass. We received a prompt reply back advising we could attend the home innovation centre in Frankston. The RainCo display was not completely installed on our visit, however viewing the colour, quality and finish allowed us to confidently order the product. The turn around time was prompt and well packaged. I am absolutely in aww of my new kitchen tap, thank you RainCo for a gorgeous product.

What is the warranty for the tapware and hardware?
All RainCo taps and accessories are backed by a lifetime warranty on construction.
Our ceramic cartridges are covered by a 7-year warranty, and our finishes are protected by a 5-year surface warranty against manufacturing defects such as bubbling or peeling — this does not include general wear and tear. We also provide 5-year replacement coverage for components where required (parts only, excluding labour).
